AS MAÎTRE D’HÔTEL
Under the supervision of the Food & Beverage Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the quality of the welcome and the smooth running of the dining room service. You strive to deliver an impeccable guest experience in line with the establishment’s standards.
Welcome guests and provide a personalized, warm, and professional service
Supervise and coordinate all dining room operations
Manage, train, and support the front-of-house team (captains, waiters, commis, apprentices)
Ensure proper dining room setup and compliance with presentation standards
Guarantee smooth service in close coordination with the kitchen
Manage reservations, guest reception, and seating arrangements
Handle specific guest requests and ensure customer satisfaction
Contribute to revenue development and customer loyalty
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and internal procedures
